Services

Secure Smart Homes provides professional smart home installation services in the Las Vegas Valley. Our services include consultation, design, hardware procurement, installation, configuration, and training.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website are starting prices for our standard packages. Final pricing may vary based on your specific home, requirements, and any customizations. A detailed quote will be provided before any work begins.

Ownership

All hardware installed in your home becomes your property upon full payment. You own the cameras, switches, locks, sensors, hub, and all associated equipment. There are no leasing agreements or equipment rental fees.

Installation

We perform professional installations in accordance with local building codes and manufacturer specifications. We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your home during installation. Any structural modifications (drilling, cable routing) will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

Warranty

Hardware is covered by manufacturer warranties. Our installation workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of installation. Our optional Smart Care plan extends coverage and includes priority support.

Limitation of Liability

Secure Smart Homes provides smart home technology and is not a licensed security monitoring service. Our camera and sensor systems are tools for awareness and convenience, not substitutes for professional security monitoring or emergency services. We are not liable for incidents that occur on your property.
